High quality servicing & straightforward, reliable advice

Aural tuning, i.e., BY EAR – no electronic device assistance (“tuning scope”) such as those used by amateurs & the untrained

Voicing (tonal adjustments affecting sound character, evenness, touch perception)

Regulation (mechanical adjustments affecting touch)

Problem solving & repairs – on site (most commonly to broken strings, keys/notes not sounding on a second strike, squeaking pedals, but including numerous serviceable faults)

Repairs – workshop (keyboard bushing replacements & more) but not major rebuilding

Yamaha specialist, very experienced with Bösendorfer & Steinway; most brands serviced (though there are a few exceptions!)

Technical assessment (often requested prior to purchase, a comprehensive analysis of a piano’s condition & suitability for a given purpose)

Purchase advice & assistance (piano selection, new or used, analysis of requirements for individuals & institutions, liaison with ethical piano retailers)

Arrange supply of new Yamaha or Bösendorfer at best nationally available pricing & with additional servicing benefits not available for walk-in buyers, for individuals &/or institutions (schools etc)

Assessment & reporting for long-term management of large piano installations (schools, universities)
